Child Psychology Postdoctoral Fellowship
Savannah Behavioral Pediatrics, a private behavioral psychology practice in Savannah, GA, announces a clinical postdoctoral fellowship for 2026-2027.
Ideal applicants will have experience with behavioral parent training and behavioral pediatrics. The successful applicant will spend the majority of their time engaged in behavioral treatment of children and adolescents ages 18 months through 18 years of age. The position will primarily consist of provision of behavioral parent training for common challenging behaviors and other evidence-based therapies (e.g., Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, habit reversal, exposure and response prevention) in a clinic- based setting. There is an option of a small percentage of time (20-30%) devoted to assessment (e.g., autism, ADHD, learning disorder). There are opportunities for supervision of doctoral-level practicum students. Postdoctoral fellows will receive individual and in-session supervision, and all supervision activities will be tailored to meet the needs of each fellow.
Applicants should have obtained a PhD/PsyD in school or clinical psychology and have completed a pre-doctoral internship from an APA approved program. The Savannah Behavioral Pediatrics postdoctoral fellowship meets the requirements for licensure in the state of Georgia. There are opportunities for continued employment after postdoctoral fellowship completion.
The start date is flexible, depending on the timeline of the successful applicant. Savannah Behavioral Pediatrics offers competitive compensation, including paid time off and optional health insurance.
