Our Cancellation Policy at Savannah Behavioral Pediatrics is as follows: For one hour appointments, we respectfully request at least a 24-hour notice. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a cancellation fee. The fee will be equal to the full session amount. For multi-hour appointments, we ask for 72 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This appointment time is specifically reserved for you. If you cancel your appointment within the 72 hour time frame and we are unable to fill it, you will be responsible for the psychologist’s full session fee ($200 for each hour scheduled).
