Fees

Fees for comprehensive assessments include reimbursement for time spent distributing and collecting history forms and informant rating scales, paperwork review and case preparation, intake interviews, direct testing, scoring & interpretation of testing results, report writing and parent/client feedback session.
– Developmental Evaluation for ages birth to 3 years: $2000
– Comprehensive Evaluation for 4 years (Preschool) through 2nd grade: $2500
– Comprehensive Evaluation for 3rd grade through adult: $3000
Additional Services:
– Consultation (1 hour): $250
– Therapy (50-minute session): $210
We are out-of-network with all insurances.
Out-of-Network Information:
We can help you file for reimbursement, according to your out of network benefits. You can also use your benefits by using any flexible spending or health savings accounts to pay for session fees. Learn more about the benefits of going out of network As we are fully out of network and not credentialed with any insurance providers, managing insurance requirements — including any necessary prior authorizations — is entirely your responsibility as the patient. Please be advised that we do not process prior authorizations for insurance.
LEGAL FEES
Please be aware that our providers do not specialize in forensic psychology, and we do not conduct custody evaluations. As such, we are not able to provide opinions on court-related matters. In the event that we are required to attend any legal proceeding (e.g., deposition, hearing), our fees are as follows:
Preparation, proceeding attendance, travel time: $1200/hour (1 hour minimum) + Fees for all appointments displaced due to court proceedings (Range, $210-$3,000)
